Stillpoint Studio is a quiet, private venue with a warm yet neutral aesthetic that naturally supports any wellness event. The large detached room comfortably holds up to 12 yoga mats, with ample space for movement, circle work, or seated workshops.
Expansive windows open to a stunning view across the Spring Creek valley, while outdoor space invites moments of fresh air and contemplation. With plenty of parking on site, Stillpoint Studio combines ease of access with a sense of retreat, creating a setting that feels both welcoming and serene.

Want to book a tour or have more questions?
All facilitators will need to have their own public liability insurance. For those holding a private event such as a baby shower, baby blessing or womens circle, your home insurance will have personal liability insurance included. We will need to see evidence that you hold home insurance with this cover.
Our weekday event blocks are:
Morning: 8:30 am - 12:00 pm
Afternoon: 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Evening: 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Morning: 8:30 am - 1:30 pm
Afternoon: 2:30 pm - 7:30 pm
All Day: 8:30 am - 6:30pm
A membership is a space hire aggreement of a minimum of 3 months. This is perfect for those facilitating a regular weekly classes.
Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance: Full refund
Cancellations made within 30 to 14 days prior to event: No refund - reschedule within the next 12 months.
Cancellation less than 14 days before: No refunds or transfers.
Cancellations made within 7 days the booking: No refund or transfers.
Cancellation made last-minute (within 48 hours): No refund or transfers.
To ensure that the studio is ready for the next facilitator or practitioner, please:
Remove all rubbish
Remove all food from the fridge
Sweep the floor
Mop if required, especially in wet, muddy weather
Clean, dry and pack away all dishes
Wipe up all surfaces
If you prefer to allocate this job out, we can arrange for a cleaner and include this in your booking fee.
Full payment is due at the time to booking to secure the timeslot.
Stillpoint Collective event members will be billed fortnightly in retrospect for their event blocks. This invoice is due in 7 days from invoice.
